How we used a solar panel system to provide mutual benefit for business and tenants.

Powerlutions Solar installed a solar panel system on a strip mall in New Jersey. The tenants paid the electricity directly to the utility company. Powerlutions installed individual solar systems for each tenant and the landlord paid for the system through financing that Powerlutions facilitated. The landlord was then able to charge the tenants discounted electricity prices and the landlord took advantage of all of the New Jersey State and Federal incentives with no money out of pocket. It was a Powerlutions textbook ending with a win-win for all involved.
